Evening front desk staff were rude and lacked courtesy. Staff would have random non-work-related conversations while guests were waiting. Something I both experienced and witnessed. Lobby was disgusting. Eaten food and drinks left throughout the lobby for hours. Checked in at 2pm and when I went to grab dinner at 9pm the same cup of coffee and chic-fil-a container was still left on the table. Stains on chairs. Thin walls and everything could be heard from those in the adjacent rooms and hallway. Initial room had water problems on the second night. No hot water and the pressure was extremely low. TV wasn't working. Called the front desk. Was told someone from engineering will come up to check and if the problem wasn't solved then we will be given another room. I asked if anyone else was having any issues and was told no. Someone came up to take a look then said they will check on something and be back. I waited for maybe about 15 minutes and no one came back or called us. I turned the hot water on and let it run for a bit. After about 10 minutes the water was hot and there was good pressure. My mom took a shower. When it was my turn there was no water available. Called the front desk again. Was informed that it was fixed and we needed to let it run. Was given another room with no instructions only to be given attitude from the front desk staff. No staff members were no where to be seen while about 4 people were trying to check in.
