Overall we had a wonderful stay and Ben the front desk was awesome. This is a very old building and therefore there's some challenges. The elevators are kind of wonky and one of them has an entrance about the size of a small child. Our room was tiny but absolutely silent to street noise. We were in the back of the building. There were a bunch of random chords hanging down from the television and we had to use two remotes to operate the TV. However, the bathroom was clean and we always have hot water. The room came with a refrigerator and freezer which I don't remember seeing in another hotel room. We also had bottled water available to us every day. I could never find a water fountain in the hotel I'm not sure if they had one. Some slight details would make it a really spectacular hotel. Little things like shoring up the cords with the TV. Vacuuming the front now at the entrance would be good. Cleaning up garbage around the entrance of the hotel. Overall I thought this was a great stay and well worth the price.

The ac was very loud, shower handle was loose and always fell to the hottest setting so skin got totally burned, sheets had blood stains, gym was freezing cold, hairdryer was broken, towels smelled disgusting, rusty washable. VERY UNSATISFYING

I know it’s an old building and I like vintage charm but our toilet paper holder was completely unhinged and you could tell the whole place could just use a handyman for a day or two. It was clean enough but so small. The sink would fill up and the faucet dripped. The WiFi was also slowwwww.

They put is in a first floor room. I'm the basement they have a dance club that has the LOUDEST speakers that literally vibrate things off the nightstand. When I complained and asked for a new room, they tried for anyone a minute to act like they had no idea what I meant. The hotel lobby at midnight is literally pulsing with music...not joking. After a bit they admitted there is litigation going on but can't stop the music. I'll be contacting my credit card company because it was a huge problem.
