The holiday home is located right on the Frisian water, creating a calming effect. The large green garden surrounds the entire property and has no fewer than 4 terrace options. So there is something for everyone. In addition, the spacious wooden roof offers the opportunity to sit outside in the evening or in bad weather. There is also a jetty with space for 1 (shallow boat)

Langweer is a picturesque village, located southeast of Sneek and west of Joure, on the edge of the lake Langweerderwielen. The village has a lot of water sports tourism and there is a sailing centre next to the marina. The village and its surroundings are perfect for long walks and cycle rides in the splendour of Frisian nature.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
