House is decorated beautifully but starting to show some wear as a rental. Stains on furniture and pillows and scuff marks on doors and walls. No lounge chairs in the pool area. Outside grill was rusty and unable to be used. Missing tile on the hot tub. 5 minute drive to the beach which was a plus.

Great place for family vacay

We stayed with 4 adults, one 3 year old and one infant. Prior to our visit I asked the host if turning the pool heater up was doable. They were quick to reply and we had such a nice warm pool to enjoy with the kiddos. Very short drive to Bonita beach, easy parking. Wouldn’t change anything about the accommodations!

Perfect place for a family gathering

The house is very comfortable. The property owners thought of every detail to make the stay memorable. Living areas were spacious and very tastefully decorated. The covered terrace is great for family meals. The pool area is the perfect spot for all the entertainment that you would expect from a beach house. Bonita springs was great! The house and neighborhood were perfect for a family with kids. The house is on a dead end quiet road surrounded by lovely houses. You are a short ride to Naples where we did an awesome boat trip to keeywaydin island. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. The home owners were very responsive.
