Renovated with beautiful, upscale turn-key furnishings, stackable washer/dryer, beautiful showers/bathrooms with dual sinks/vanity in the master bathroom, remote controlled and electric storm shutters & impact windows, and a large side window in the living area for yet another view of the beach. Enjoy morning beach walks from your beachfront condo and evening sunsets from your sixth floor, screened in lanai. Casa Bonita 1 is the most desirable for its location, well-maintained building/financial strength, and owner/board culture. It is ideally located at the North end of Historic Hickory Island and next to the Little Hickory Island Beach Park.
