A Disappointed stay

Was a very disappointed stay atvthe apartment. The room was bad toilet room is dirty. Is no smoking but the when check in, smell of heavy smoke in the room

the door to the balcony could not be locked, very dangerous. the kitchen sink was clogged. the pool bathroom did not have running water. the wifi was not working, under maintenance.
