This couldn't have been a more convenient location. It's minutes away from shopping and restaurants, but a in very quiet serene neighborhood. Comminication with the property manager was above and beyond our expectations.

Excellent stay at Courtside Villas!

My son and I recently stayed at Courtside Villas for a week while my son attended Evert Tennis Academy. We had an absolutely wonderful time!! The property was exactly as listed and described. It was welcoming, comfortable, and clean and had all the supplies that we needed for our week stay. The WiFi worked perfectly for me to work remotely while I was there. As advertised, it was an easy 3-5 min walk to the tennis academy. It was also conveniently located to numerous restaurants and shopping which we were really thankful for. The neighborhood was very nice. The host was incredibly friendly and communicated with me often before, during, and after our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was actually ready for check in earlier than expected which worked out great for us based on when our flight arrived. We are so glad we decided to book at Courtside Villas. We are planning for him to attend Evert Tennis Academy again soon and we will definitely book our stay at Courtside Villas.
