"The staff were very friendly and helpful. My flight was cancelled and rescheduled later in the day well after my checkout. They allowed me to comeback to the hotel after my morning meetings and work from the lobby using the hotel wifi. I later took the hotel shuttle to the airport. Very convenient. I would stay here again."

"This hotel is centrally located near the airport , light rail and several expressways as well as the Mall of America. Despite this busy area, the property itself sits adjacent to a lovely park with artwork and fountains and is very peaceful and quiet. All the staff encountered from front desk to restaurants to housekeeping were pleasant and welcoming. The room is well-appointed and very clean from top to bottom with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast offerings were plentiful for eat in and take out and they made an excellent latte. Dinner menu included a number of tasty and well prepared options. I will absolutely be a return customer to this Hyatt location. The only negative I would offer is that when I arrived in the early afternoon there were no food options available in the hotel except drinks and packaged chips/crackers. Luckily, one of the front desk staff made an excellent recommendation about a restaurant that was a pleasant 10 minute walk away."

"There were no covers on any of the ceiling lights in the room. The bathroom floor tile was cracked in several spots. The room was remodeled at some point and the carpet still had pieces missing where there was once a wall. There were big tears in the wall paper in the hallway. Breakfast was pretty good."
