The apartment with a separate entrance and a size of 75 sqm is located in the outskirts of a non-smoking house and can accommodate 4 people. In 2018, the apartment was rebuilt. The apartment has underfloor heating, laminate and tiled floors and insect repellent in the living room and bedroom. In the living room with garden access there is a sofa bed with armchairs, flat-screen TV and DVD player. The living room adjoins the bedroom with double bed, relax lounger and a three-door wardrobe. From the kitchen with fitted kitchen, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave you can reach the centrally located dining room with private garden access.
