New!! Enjoy your stay in this beautiful tavern located in the heart of Birmingham. Only minutes away from Legion Field and Progressive stadium where you can enjoy the football games or concert. This home is full of character with a gas fireplace, hardwood floors, a large porch and deck. The dedicated office space will allow you to work from home in this peaceful retreat. The space here will provide you that at home feeling. You and your family can have both family fun time or downtime.
The space
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home featuring one king, one queen, and one full size bed. Well appointed for short or longer stays.
Guest access
Each room is private with the exception of the full size guest bed room where there isn’t a door. For a full house booking you will have access to the entire house. For those bookings that book a room you will share the common areas and have a private room and bathroom.
Other things to note
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check and sign a guest agreement.

We may perform monthly hospitality cleanings for our guests' convenience and safety and to ensure our guests have everything needed for a great stay!

Additionally, the outside of the property has 24/7 surveillance.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in your house, or on the balcony. Smoking will result in a $250 additional cleaning charge and possible eviction.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I met at this property during a military leave just for a quick getaway. It was a perfect escape. Very clean, peaceful. Super easy to get to from the interstate. Comfortable bed perfect for a chill weekend.

Quiet Historic Neighborhood

We were in town for a tournament. It had all the space we needed. It had a nice layout for a family of 4 with a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting the two secondary bedrooms. The washer and dryer were helpful with having to do daily laundry for the uniform. It was nice to have an office, which I used daily to work remotely. The street is quiet and felt safe.

Renovated and Spacious

This house is exactly what my family of 4 needed. We walked in and the home had a pleasant smell. The renovated house was charming and spacious. The living room furniture was so comfortable and the sofas reclined at the touch of a button. The smart TVs were nice for winding down. The appliances were all new. The beds were more comfortable than your typical VRBO home. Being an older home, the bathrooms were on the smaller size but were adequate for what we needed. Host was super responsive when we had a question and was eager to assist with any needs. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

The house is comfortable, and it is as stated in the listing. I didn’t read that one bedroom doesn’t have a door between the other bedroom and the door to it from the other room has a big window with no curtain, but it is in the listing so beware. The beds are amazingly comfortable and we slept very well. Thank you for a nice stay!
