Unexpected
We have always loved our stays at the Hampton. The hotel is always clean and consistent. However, the first night at this hotel was disappointing. There was a dog smell in the room. The manager kindly offered to move us. However we were too tired that night. The next day the room had been sanitized and was good. The second night the toilet started making a flushing noise regularly throughout the night. In the morning once again the offer was made that we could move or service the toilet. We chose service. The repair tech came but once again the toilet filled at night about every 30 minutes the third night. The Hampton offered no monetary compensation because of our third party booking with Hotels.com. I did not enjoy our stay. I should have booked through Hampton so that their satisfaction guarantee would have applied.

There was trash on the floor in room when checked in and the bathroom floor was dirty. The breakfast was fresh although there were items out and no one was there attending to refill. Location was key for our trip.

Needed disabled friendly, they are definitely great! Room was very roomy. Gail and others at Front Desk were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The area was safe and had plenty of things around that were convenient.
