Could not get a hold of the manager, to get towels and face cloths, as the office was closed and the manager was gone from the premises. Bad area and people walking and driving through the premises and are not living there. No TV remote. No manager on property and no one answers the phone! People living in the motel that are not paying guests and are under public aide.Motel and manager should be investigated! Would never stay there again. Big holes in sides of mattress.Bad odors in the room!

I had to stay there because it was all I could afford. The mattress was worn out and needed turning. The pillows were flat and totally worn out. There was no hot water when I went to take a shower. There was nothing for me to hang my clothes in or on. There was no room service. I had one towel and one wash rag. There were only a few channels to watch on the television and none of them were any that I like to watch. I didn’t have a good experience at all other than having a place to sleep out of necessity.

Renovating and it was painfully obvious.

We did not have towels, the pillows were way too thin, the shower dripped badly and noisily and there was no hot water

The property is in awful condition, with cigarette burns/possible bullet holes in the ceilings. My shower didn’t work and I went to tell the front desk. Any employees response was you pay to stay here, not shower here. No refunds. I was never once threatening or loud, and only talked to the employee through a window, and he called a security officer on me for saying that I wanted to speak to a manager. It was completely insane. I took video in case that’s helpful
