What a great property! It snowed all day so we arrived to a winter wonderland. Lobby was so welcoming and well appointed. Staff was perfect. Friendly, helpful-just great. Our room was great too. Well appointed little kitchenette, well decorated, mountain vibe and very clean. 2 items kept the property from being perfect. The 1st was our room had an adjoining door to another and our neighbors were a group of friends who gathered at might to hang out. Our bed might as well have been in the middle of their room. They weren't overly loud or doing anything wrong its just the connecting door did not block their conversation. At 11 pm we gently asked them to quiet down and they were super understanding. They were not the problem but the structure of the two rooms. 2. The rooms have smart TVs and would get crossed between our two rooms. Minor issue but the noice between the adjoining rooms was a big bummer because its a great property. Next time we'll try to get a cabin.

I had a great time with my family for my wife's birthday weekend!! We did the s'mores with the fireplace, snow slide, and hiking trail.They provided the best cabin with a beautiful lakeview close to the farm and playground. I highly recommend it and I will come again for the summer season.

We had an amazing experience staying at this lovely property. Our check-in and check-out went smoothly and was very convenient, especially after a long day skiing on the mountain. We arrived to a warm, cozy cabin that was SPOTLESS!! The cabin came with everything we needed, as well as some water and coffee to recharge for the morning. The king size bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The property has many activities including snowshoeing that we will partake in when we return. There are also goats and chickens on the property, and tons of trails. My favorite thing was the management and hospitality that was provided. Bobbi-Sue, the director of operations was able to accommodate our group and provided the utmost customer service from beginning to end. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and care made us feel at home. She is the epitome of what a great host truly is. I am extremely grateful for her efforts and making this stay a one of a kind.

Exelent cabin in front of the lake (villa 6). In general the property it's really good for winter vacation. Really cozy cabin with all essential for light cooking. Confortable beds and seating areas. All exterior spaces looks beautiful with the snow. Close to main attractions in the area and main roads. Very nice staff and easy check in and out.

We have stayed here many times and it is always a wonderful experience. All of the cabins are cozy and clean. Great for a family trip or couples. The cabins have a small kitchen and family room area to hang out in as well as cozy lofts. Bobby Sue is always so helpful each stay! We will definitely keep coming back!

Thanks for the upgrade! Great customer service (called upon booking and before arrival.) Left us presents upon arrival! Super clean. Beautiful wood cabins. This really gave us a great Christmas time vibe for our Santa's Village visit. This place really made us feel like a home away from home!

We booked a very last minute trip to Santa's Village with our boys before they outgrow the magic. Our cozy cabin was just perfect for our family of 4. The fireplace was on when we arrived. The kids had two perfect little gifts on the table that put smiles on their faces and the beds and accomodations were very comfortable. Bobby was so welcoming when we checked out and for sure we will be back during our next visit up to the area!
