Great Place - Great Location - Great Owners

Just a beautiful and relaxing stay - place has everything - even went crabbing with the canoe that is provided. Grilled outside, played beer pong outside, big kitchen, has everything if you want to cook inside, very short walk to the best beach in Bethany - water for some reason is clearer here - maybe because it has whiter sand. Enjoy your stay whoever comes next.

Great location, but needs work

Upon our arrival at the property, we noticed the unmaintained front entry. The ground was soggy and there was no clear pathway to bring in luggage or walk without getting muddy/wet, bushes are overgrown. The night prior to checkout it rained, making packing up vehicles the next day a nightmare. Out back the grass was long, which was less than ideal for our dog. The inside of the property could certainly use an update and deep clean. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart, there was rust, mold and dust on bathroom ceilings, ants in several places and many broken items (doors, kitchen trashcan, outdoor umbrella, AC was leaking in the main hallway, picnic table needs power washed or replaced badly). The master bedroom has a loud window AC unit, which makes the room feel damp and a bit difficult to sleep in. Back bedrooms seemed much more comfortable. The space itself is ample and the fact that there are tvs in each room is nice. The proximity to the beach is great, walkable in under ten minutes. The place has great potential, but as is, our family would not stay here again.

VERY nice beach rental!! Perfect size with lots of room and beautiful backyard. Rental company was quick to respond and sent out reminders/info at the perfect times ! Lot of items provided in house such as soaps, variety of kitchen items, games, etc.
