New, comfortable and modernly furnished holiday apartment (80m²) with underfloor heating in a central location on the 3rd floor in the attic with elevator. Lockable bicycle shelter, free parking space and WiFi. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave. Open living/dining area and spacious bedroom. Two balconies with parasol and sun lounger. An extra bed for an adult, child or/and baby is possible on request. A travel cot and a comfortable guest lounger are available.
