We were very happy about our stay. We loved the hotels location next to many attractions. It felt safe and although it was new years and loud at night we found the hotel well insulated to keep out the noise and keep in the heat. The bed was comfortable and the shower’s were hot. The hotel staff was very attentive with special mention to Thomas who was very professional and kind. We ate often at the coffee shop and had new year’s dinner at the restaurant. That would be my only issue was that the 4 course meal was exceptionally attractive but not to my taste. It’s worth mentioning I am a very good cook and, have a very critical palate others in my group were happy and they loved the wine selection. When I return to Berlin this will be the only place I would stay. Our group of two couples all found the hotel excellent.

Hotel is beautiful and you cannot beat the location- so close to the Alexanderplatz stations with easy access to all of Berlin, and tons of food options around as well. This was a great location to stay in Berlin! Updated room with a nice kitchenette, and staff were on site if needed despite the self-check in, which was easy to use. Super convenient to get around the city from here, and lots within walking distance. The only thing I would say to those looking to stay here is that it was difficult to regulate the temperature, one minute it was freezing and the next we were sweating. Also be aware that the shower is open to the rest of the room and has no curtain, just a thin panel of glass, Something to be aware of if that would make you uncomfortable! Overall, lovely stay here and I would stay here again!

The room was clean, modern, and super comfy! The bed was one of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept on and the shower pressure was great. They have a bunch of complimentary amenities like extra towels, toilet paper, and laundry machines to use whenever you need. The cafe downstairs is tasty too! Staff was very friendly, though it is more of a self-guided check in experience.
