Sauber, gute Kommunikation

Wir waren als Familie für zwei Nächte in der Ferienwohnung. Wir sind erst abends spät angekommen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, gelüftet und die Betten frisch bezogen.. ein Traum wenn man mit übermüdeten Kindern anreist. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem sehr schnell viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und alles notwendige mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war super, und Frau Bräuer antwortet sehr schnell bei Fragen. Würden immer wieder gerne kommen. Vielen lieben Dank.

Eine schöne Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Richtig Urlaub geht aus unserer sicht nur ohne Kinder. Das Haus ist mega hellhörig und daher auch sehr laut wenn Kinder toben. Die nahe Lage zu Berlin und Potsdam, sowie die wunderbare Abgeschiedenheit sind aber sehr empfehlenswert. Die Gastgeber waren im Kontakt freundlich und zu empfehlen. Was neben der doch recht einfachen Ausstattung das gröste Manko war, war das fehlende Wohnzimmer. On der Anzeige suggerieren Bilder das ein WZ vorhanden ist, dem ist aber leider nicht so. Wer also eine bequeme und schöne Schlafunterkunft sucht, wird hier fündig und zufrieden sein!

Ferienwohnung Potsdam Stadteil Uetz-Paaren

Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit Flur, Küche, Gä-WC und kleinem Wohnraum im EG, Treppe hoch 2 große Schlafzimmer:1 mit Doppelbett, großem Schrank, Sessel, Kommode, Fernseher Pflanzen, das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten, Fernseher, Kommode, Schrank, Pflenzen.1 großes Bad mit Badewanne.Für uns überall zuviel Schrankraum, den wir nicht brauchten. Etwas vermißte ich bei relativ viel bissigen Stechmücken Mückengaze an den Fenstern und zum Sichtschutz Vorhänge. Im Bad (und Gäste- WC) brauche ich keinen großen (nicht waschbaren) Teppich. Ich hätte mich über waschbare / gewaschene Badvorleger gefreut.Da man im Bad nur in der Badewanne duschen kann wäre ein Griff zum Rein/ Raussteigen gut, sowie ein Aufhänger ,wo man sein Handtuch nach dem Duschen griffbereit hinhängen kann. Die Duschvorhanghalterung relativ hoch, so daß beim Duschen der Abfluß durch den nach innen gehängten Vorhang verlegt ist. Im Wohnraum eine (verschlossene) Zimmertür zur anderen Haushälfte (mit drin sichtbar steckendem Schlüssel). Ich war mir abends irgendwie nicht sicher, ob dort irgendwann ggfs jemand ungewollt reinkommt und hab nen Stuhl davorgestellt.Die Kellertür innerhalb des Haus verschlossen. Für 3 angemeldete Personen hätte ich 2 (anstatt 1 ) Haustür-Schlüssel gut gefunden. Insg rel sauber (überwieg vorn), paar Spinnweben Mehrere Türgriffe auf "halb acht"( Gäste- WC, Flur zum Wohnzimmer), die mal bischen festgeschraubt werden sollten ( Kleinigkeit). Bäcker, Einkauf nur mit Auto erreichb (ca 7 km)

Relativ zentrale Lage

Alles in allem okay. Sauberkeit viel Luft nach oben. In der Küche waren die wichtigen Geräte vorhanden( Kaffeemaschine etc...)in den Schränken ,na ja..Einzelbetten sehr einfach, billige Matratzen.Duschen in d. Badewanne! Die glatten Böden, nichts für Hunde!!!

Ruhige FeWo

Im unteren Stockwerk (große) Küche und Essbereich. Im oberen Stockwerk Bad (mit Badewanne!) und 2 Schlafzimmer. Den schönen großen Tisch im Essbereich haben wir dann als „Wohnzimmer“ genutzt. Babybett und Babystuhl waren vorhanden, also gut geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern!

Ferienwohnung auf dem Land

Insgesamt haben wir dort ein Wochenende mit unseren beiden Kleinkindern und einem Teenie verbracht. Wir suchten eine Ferienwohnung, die auch unseren Hund willkommen heißt und das ist in Berlin und Umgebung gar nicht so einfach. Die FeWo befindet sich in einer DHH, die zumindest für unsere 2 Kleinen nicht so ideal geschnitten war, da die Räume eher schmal und über eine Steintreppe, die nach Unten und nach Oben führt, verbunden sind. Der Essbereich liegt dabei quasi im "Treppenhaus"; das fand ich persönlich etwas ungemütlich. Die Wohnung ist in einer kleinen Siedlung von ein paar Häusern umgeben von Feldern gelegen, für unseren Hund war das angenehm, obwohl dort auch von Haus aus ettliche Hunde wohnen. Für Einkäufe muss man in die nächstgelegenen Orte fahren, ist also auf das Auto angewiesen, oder Fahrrad. Nach Berlin fährt man 1 Stunde mit dem Auto. Näher dran gibt es allerdings auch schöne Ausflugsziele! Der Check-in/-out und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin waren freundlich und problemlos.
