VILLA TO RENT WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for maximum 6 people.
LAY OUT: This villa is built on one floor, it has three bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two with single beds) two bathrooms (one en suite). We have a renovated American kitchen, a cozy living room and a large living room overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. From this room there is an access to a glazed terrace, furnished and with a portable coal barbecue (the built in BBQ outside is out of use).
OUTSIDE : Pleasant swimming pool area with sun beds, from where you will enjoy beautiful views on the Natural Park of the « Peñon de Ifach » and the Mediterranean Sea. There is a ramp access up to the property where you can park a car and where there is a garage space.
LOCATION : The villa is situated in a urbanization in Benissa, at the top of a hill, 10minutes by car from the beautiful coves of Benissa, from the supermarkets and restaurants.
