Worse night ever. After spending the day in the heat and ocean, my grandson and I were tired and in need of sleep. However, instead, we were sandwiched between 4 rooms of groups of loud, drunk 20-somethings. until 5:30 a.m. I get it but I still need sleep. The drunkens were outside my door in the hallway, banging on doors, yelling and still partying very loud at 2:30 a.m. I finally called the front desk and asked them to please do something. I was told I needed to understand. Told that it was happening in the whole motel, it was sold out and they did not have quiet hours policy. So, they were finally put in their rooms and that's when the music started. Loud rave music continued until 5:30 a.m. My problem was the overall poor management response. I was told to call the cops since their hands were tied. I fell asleep at 6 a.m. and slept for 3 hours. When we checked out, I explained to the manager how horrible it was to have no sleep because of the noise issues ALL night but he was not responsive at all.. I asked for a discount or refund but he yelled at me. He said No way. That we were the last to check out and I should have known it was a holiday weekend and it would be like this!! Worse manager I ever met. No care at all about me and my grandson's experience.

Location was convenient for the purpose of my stay, but this place needs to be gutted. Turned the shower faucet on and brown water came out. Mold/mildew in the shower and curtain. The entire building smells like stale cigarettes and the rooms are out of an unsolved murder episode.

The overall price was great. The hotel had a horrible smoke smell in halls. No coffer available at all and no counter space in bathroom. No tissues and also no amenities at all. I would say our stay was good but overall the rooms need to cater more to their customers

Wow where to begin. Wanted a place close to the water since we planned to stay and explore the areas near the docks. Walked in and walked out. Decided to not even stay. Even the "non smoking" rooms may have well of been smoking rooms. Ash stains and buns on the sheets the whole place was just gross. Felt like a place you'd pay by the hour. Unless you're a homeless smoker or sex worker I would stay elsewhere. Chalked it up as a loss on not researching better before just chosing somewhere that was geographically close to where we needed to be.

Noisy property, do not provide basics like soap and shampoo in the restroom. Very dated property. Musty smell in the room, got in late and didn’t have much of a choice but would not ever stay here again.
