You only need to take the car if you want to visit other villages in the area. Except for the ground floor there are sea views from all points of the house and its terraces, a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Medes Islands.

Built on three floors. In the access to the house is a large parking area for several cars right in front of the garage. At an elevation of one floor is the entrance to the house with a sea view large terrace.
On the right the kitchen area, a very big full equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the extensive pool terrace with lovely sea views and outside dining area in front of the pool. Sea view pool.
On the left there is a living with sea views. Next to the living room there is a bedroom (trundle bed) with en- suite bathroom with shower. On the main floor the en-suite bathroom can also be converted into guest bathroom just closing the bedroom door and opening the door from the living to the suite room.
Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath. The end of the staircase leads also to a solarium terrace. Bedroom, bathroom and solarium terrace they all have spectacular sea views.
On the lower level, there is one double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower. This large bedroom has an alcove with a single bed. Next to the suite there is the laundry room with washer and dryer.
