- An 80 m² living room with a TV, a sofa, a relaxation area with armchairs and a stove and an open-plan kitchen.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: scullery, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A relaxation room with a sofa and dressing room
- An enclosed study
- A laundry room with a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board
- Two separate WCs

First floor:
- Two suites, each with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a shower room with WC
- Three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A dormitory with four single beds (90x190) and a shower room
