"The check in process was very quick and the young woman extremely nice. Our room was clean and fresh and the beds very comfortable. We had a fabulous night's sleep as it was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this great place. Oh...did I mention that the breakfast had a good variety of choices and very friendly staff!"

"2nd time staying here. Will be back next year too. Clean rooms. Very happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The house keeping ladies were fabulous, kept us stocked up. The breakfast ladies were fantastic. Check in was easy. Front desk staff efficient and polite. Had a glitch with the key card not working but was fixed quickly. Enjoyable 4 day stay. "

"As per usual everything absolutely most excellent, staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, assistive, accommodating and professional in their conduct and service, always going over and above to make certain that guests stays are pleasant, safe, welcoming and respectful. Any rowdy, noisy, disrespectful or otherwise are not tolerated and immediately dismissed from the premises. The only disadvantageous slight inconvenience is the lack of onsite guests laundry services availability hence the need for accessing the public laundry services a short distance away at a nearby shopping centre plaza otherwise all else is incredibly amazing."

"Room was clean and comfortable, pool and hot tub were lovely, desk staff were kind and smiley. The only potential issue would be that the walkway wasnt shovelled - early morning fine, but it was after 10am. That's a liability in the making. "
