The room was quite large which was a nice surprise! The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. Unfortunately there was no hot water. We didn't notice until almost 10pm when I went to have a shower. We called down to the front desk and they advised that the "gas guy" was on his way so it hopefully would be fixed soon. We were offered a switch to a different room but we declined due to the time and the fact that our kids were already in bed. The next morning when we were packing up to leave there still wasn't hot water. Upon checkout we were offered a rate change for the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated.

This place is not a hotel but a Motel. I was placed outside the hotel and when i asked to be placed inside the actual hotel the staff refused and advised additional charges would apply. The staff intended to say that if i book through Expedia i will always be placed outside the hotel which is ridiculous. I should not be penalized for booking through Expedia. Secondly, the room was not even big enough for 2 people. The outlets did not work. The phone did not work. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
