It was a pleasure staying at this property. It is a joy to be greeted by Sayim at Trio most mornings and the breakfast Buffet was worth it. When then room AC malfunctioned, they changed it in a matter of hours. The staff is solution oriented and surprisingly unobtrusive. Would recommend this property.

Didn’t realize that standard rooms meant all rooms where animals are allowed on floors 2 and 3. Was not disclosed at check in that we would be on a floor where it was pet friendly. Apparently if you wish to be on a floor where there are not animals you need to pay more for a superior room. Would have if it was disclosed. Security does not monitor hallways as people were loud with music in hallway at 11:30pm. Dog allergies caused my eyes to go red and swollen. Was offered water to compensate for my red eyes and poor sleep conditions between allergies and dog barking few rooms down.

Nice stay. Standard room category was dated, but was okay for a short stay. Nice lobby & welcome by staff. Beds were comfortable. Our room smelled of damp carpet when we entered, but smell went away, so we didn’t switch rooms. Location was great as we were close to Vaughn Mills mall & restaurants within minutes.
