This management of this property is lazy or cannot get good help. Either way he needs to pick up the slack as manager. Lock on door was broken, black mold around tub, curtains askew. When we entered the room, the thermostat was set on 88! No stopper for tub, toilet tank was dry. Bleh

We liked the bed, it was very comfortable. We were displeased with the shower, it was broken at the faucet and barely had any pressure. There was a leak on the floor coming from under the tiles in the area near the bed. When we notified the desk they did not make any remedy or accommodation offer.

My stay on the 13th was not very good. A light didn't work, the overflow in the tub was off, and worst of all was most of the hotel was booked with a bunch of little kids and parents who did not abide by quiet at 9:00 pm, instead had a gathering in the room next to me until after 11:00. VERY LOUD! My stay on the 20th was much better. If that had been my first experience, I would stay again.

I liked that it had a bar and big open area for relaxing. It looks like there was a beautiful waterfall in that area, but it wasn’t being utilized. The noise from the bar was heard in our room and was very loud. The room itself was fairly nice; although, the bathtub and floors were not clean.
