The first room I received had a horrible mold smell. I pulled the sheets away and found small black specks/debris in the seams of the mattress (google what that’s an indicator of). They moved me to a new room, however it was not much better. The furniture in the new room was damaged in several areas, it was not very clean, and multiple people came to my door during the night thinking one of their friends was in my room. When I checked in I told the desk clerk that it was important that I have good Wi-Fi since I needed to complete some critical business; she assured me that I’d have solid Wi-Fi. The promised Wi-Fi connection unfortunately was virtually non-existent and I was unable to use the internet—I went to a local restaurant that had Wi-Fi. Whoever maintains this place is doing a very poor job. Stairwells are dirty, breezeway was unlit and spooky at night, room doors are grimy and the entire place needs a renovation. Elevator is scary--it is very dirty and in poor condition. The photo of the bedrooms on the ad does not come anywhere close to what this place looks like--it is old and run down. The breakfast looked unappealing; I did not eat and went to a restaurant.

No WiFi,air conditioner was quit load and TV placement was just STUPID! So low on a dresser it was hard to see from the bed and set up so there was nowhere else to see it from. A desk operator would not or could not answer a phone.

I did not like being on 4th floor in the back oc hotel outside very dirty, elevator dirty. Breakfast lousy, no microwave in room. Request rm near elavator hot rm. In middle of balcony, first night called front desk no answer, tv cut off automatically you have to get up to trun back on, noise AC.

Staff was very accomodating. We booked a single double bed on the 3rd floor. Asked if there were any ground floor rooms available and was given a king size room.
