Fully updated kitchen, baths, floors, counter tops, appliances and more...our Beach House Villa is located in a in peaceful, gated community on Harbor Island which is between Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA and just 14 miles from Beaufort, SC. If you're coming to town for Marine Graduation, we are only 23 miles (about 35 minutes) from Paris Island.

In addition to the updates, the villa now contains a 55 inch Roku 4K TV. All that is required to operate the Polk audio sound bar, or all TV apps is one small Roku remote.
Included is 28/2MB WiFi and a wireless printer/scanner/copier.

This is truly a historic area with Charleston, Beaufort or Savannah making fabulous day trip destinations. On Harbor Island, the three outdoor pools, tennis courts, a putting green, and three miles of pure, untamed, sandy white beach create a private vacation destination unlike any other. Stroll along the beach and marshes and discover the abundant island wildlife, including terns, pelicans, egrets, herons, and horseshoe crabs, or sit on the sandy dunes bask in the sun while the dolphins play.

Beach walk
We very much enjoyed our stay at Harbor Island. Close walk to the ocean, rea staurants nearby ( especially Johnsons Travern,) and the State Park. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise from the balcony every morning. I will say the building itself could use some TLC, but I did notice some work being done. We may well return, we love the area. LorraineKnight Gerald Nelson.

Great condo
Condo was well furnished, clean, and the view was nice. I just needed it for 2 nights, so I didn’t get a chance to fully enjoy the place, and a longer stay would have been nicer there. Check in was easy, and communication with host was great. I’d love to come back and stay here again.

Perfect little getaway spot!
My friend and I (and my little Morkie) enjoyed our stay so incredibly much. It's nice to stay in a space and realize you want to come back to the exact same location because you wouldn't change a thing. We hope to visit again before summer.

Great Condo Close to the Beach
This unit was just perfect for my wife and I on an extra-long weekend. The unit was clean- full stop - which makes it easy to relax in a rental unit. The kitchen and baths have been updated and in very good condition. The appliances were fairly new and in excellent condition. The small screen porch had a nice view out to the water and the boardwalks make great - easy access to the beach. In a nice well-maintained community and the security folks at the gate were very pleasant. Look forward to returning.

The condo was perfect! Clean, bright and updated. It’s right next to the boardwalk and all of the pools. Harbor island is one of my favorite places to visit and this was another wonderful stay!

This was our first trip to Harbor Island and to say we are in love is an understatement. The area is SO beautiful and an ecological lovers paradise. Jen and David were WONDERFUL hosts. Their place is one of my favorites EVER and we can't wait to come back. Everything was clean and we were provided with all the things we needed to have a memorable experience. The community is so friendly and quiet, Barbara does a great job cleaning, and beach access is literally steps away. Great location for so many places..we visited SavannahGA, Hilton Head, Beaufort, and Hunting Island State Park. We ate lunch out and breakfast and dinner in. I also loved that they provide a pass to the state park... brilliant! We enjoyed the salt marsh so much..ever changing! We loved the ecology of the area...i saw five different bird species together as I sat by the ocean one day!! More turtle nests than I have ever seen in my life and the cleanest beach I've ever been to...i collected only two pieces of trash the whole week!! The ocean is rather calm and when the tide is out ...it's like two football fields away and very mucky but there are treasures that lie there too. We are ready to book this place for next year!! Thank you SO much for a wonderful stay!! ❤️
