Historic Corner Cottage - charming 3 bedroom walking distance to waterfront

The historic Windsor House is a quick walk to the seaside, shops, waterfront, restaurants, and ferry (just 2 blocks from Front Street), The front porch is a favorite to sit on the porch swing and rocking chairs... perfect for enjoying breezy evenings or mornings with the birds. The cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, to include a queen bed, double/full bed, and 2 twin beds. The 2023 remodeled kitchen is equipped with microwave, Keurig coffee maker (k-cup and drip pot), dishwasher, stove/oven, toaster oven, slow cooker, pressure cooker, refrigerator, pots/pans, dishes/utensils, and much more. The living room has 2 sofas, large Smart HDTV (Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc), Wi-Fi and hardwood floors. The dining room table sits 6, and has two reading chairs. The utility room offers a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. There is a half bath off the master bedroom and a full remodeled 2022 bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower that is ideal for hot days and after fun at the beach. Saturday morning farmers market is just a stone's throw away.

Very warm and comfortable, dog friendly, well stocked kitchen. We ate out alot because of walking distance to so many awesome restaurants. A little noisy on weekday fri from construction, but at night and weekend was great. We could see and walk to farmer's/crafts market on Saturday morning with great food too. Bought a few fall crafts.
