After the key not working on two different rooms, we finally got one to work. After that all went well. The beds are really comfortable…one of the pedestals needed work, but we fixed it. The breakfast was fine. Stayed 4 nights, visiting family. We would stay there again.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We got all new towels every day. The room was spacious and included a fridge and microwave. Plenty of outlets on each side of the bed. My only complaints are the shower didn’t have much water pressure and didn’t get very hot. The tub drained slowly. The curtains didn’t shut all the way so let in a lot of light in the morning. The halls seems a little dingy and the breakfast was lackluster but free so can’t complain too much. Overall would say again.

After checked in for reserved "accessible room" in 3rd floor was told nothing else was available. Unacceptable, they should have messaged, at least let us know 1st thing before stay chek in. With much difficulty my wife made her way upstairs because we just needed rest at that time. We checked out next morning and still no credit been issued for the paid 3 nights stay. "No bueno".

I have stayed in many Country Inns. I’ve never seen one like this. The inside hallways smelt like dogs. The walls are paper thin. People were walking the halls at 1am practically yelling. The floors are gummy with years of use and not replaced. The curtains on the window was torn to shreds. We did not sleep well at all. We asked for a refund of the next night and we were told because we booked through Expedia they could not do anything. We called Expedia they called the hotel to ask, the Hotel said NO. This is a warning DO NOT stay here.

I had a late check-in, which normally takes less than five minutes, this one took 20 minutes. Night shift front desk guy; extremely lazy. Moved at an unacceptable pace. the room phone did not work. I stayed for a week. Couldn’t call for a taxi or order food, had to use lobby phone. A man came to fix the phone, but never returned. Overall, my stay was comfortable. Extended my stay for another three days. Front desk girl (with long braids) very lovely, attentive and helpful.

Had to have first room switched because it stunk so bad of Marijuana and cigerette smoke. Second didn't smell like the first one but it did not smell clean. Luckily we travel with febreeze. There were little hairs in the bed and tub. Luckily i got a room with 2 queen size beds. We just used the other one. We were only there for 2 nights so we delt with it but will never go back or use a country inn hotel.

Room was obviously not cleaned. Pubic hair on bed sheets, sink and around bath tub. Pool was extremely cloudy and dirty. I could not even see my legs in the water. Expected better from the high ratings this hotel had.
