No shuttle for an early morning flight. Front desk could not make change for tip. Front desk could not print me a receipt. Front desk could not share a route to walk to the airport terminal that was right next door behind the hotel.

This was our third time at this property. They did a great job recovering from the hurricane and everything looks great. The staff at this property is amazing and the food is great.

This stay was overall really great considering it was a freezing spring break. The rooms were clean and updated. All the staff we interacted with were nice and helpful. I feel like this would be a good stay to make an annual spring break trip.

Hot tub was great, don’t think they cleaned our room in the 3 nights we were there. Definitely looks much better in the pictures than in person. Nice location to the beach, though there’s not many restaurants within walking distance.

Shower was for disabled access, which was fine, but water ran out of the thing into the bathroom and room. Had to figure out how to take a shower and where to put bathmat so that wouldn't happen. Staff was hit/miss as far as being pleasant/helpfull."
