The breakfast buffet and pool area were great, but we were very disappointed with the room. It was poorly set up—two single beds looked unfinished, with only one set of sheets and no proper comforters, and a king bed on the other side. There were two bathrooms, but only one had hot water, and the toilets flushed very slowly. The safe was not bolted down, and the lighting in the room was poor.
The in-room “mini market” items were chargeable, with no coffee, tea, or hot water available. We had to go downstairs to order drinks, also chargeable, and there were no basic instructions provided for Wi-Fi, call reception, or other services. Overall, the room did not meet expectations.
Most of the staff were very friendly; however, one gentleman at reception took a long time to check us in and was somewhat rude when we asked for assistance. Overall, the room and service did not meet expectations.
