The hotel is great. The rooms are immaculate and the location was good for finding restaurants and walking to the Gothic Quarter. I would definitely stay again, but I wouldn't purchase the breakfast next time--as a vegan, there was nothing for me aside from fruit and toast. Would've loved to have peanut butter, oats, or plant milk options for a more hearty breakfast.

While staying in this hotel, we had an incident where a man walked into our room with a key that worked at 3am. When I woke up and went downstairs to reception, the ma n working laughed and said he is drunk. The fact he was drunk had nothing to do with the fact his key had access to our room. The next morning, we wanted to speak to the manager to see if we could have the second night refunded so that we could stay somewhere else. The best she could do was offer free breakfast and the advice to put a chair behind the door as 'these things happen'.

Shockingly poor communication and customer service! Honestly avoid at all costs. Charges your card without authorisation, ignores messages, was left standing in the street for ages in the middle of night trying to check in.

Everything was great, staff was friendly and helpful, though the hotel's dining area on Sunday morning was not cleaned. The room was clean. There is construction on the street of the hotel.

Family friendly in vibrant area

20 min walk to everything... La Rambla, beach, Olympic Stadium etc... Vibrant local part of the city, but still family friendly. Kids loved the apartment. Would recommend to family's of 4 with children over 6...
