Upon arrival required to place a larger cash deposit or leave photo ID as a key deposit. We didn’t get the second key because didn’t want to leave another photo ID. Other than that the hotel was quite nice, clean and friendly. The breakfast was great with fresh warm food and there were enough choice of restaurants/ markets within walking distance. Station was slightly far with large suitcases. They have a shuttle tuk-tuk to train station but not available early in the morning until 8am.

Nice hotel - Noisy from early morning

I wasn't aware of the building site outside my bedroom window. The thumping starts at 8:30, so not what you want. I asked at reception for a free buffet breakfast as a good will gesture, but the would only move me to another just as noisy room in the hotel. I asked for them to take me in the hotels shuttle service to the local train station so I didnt have to carry my bags in the rain, theybsaid thry could only take me to 3 set locations even though jo one was usibg the service.

Very nice stay here for 3 nights. Good location to two of the main rail links. Free drop offs hourly to the rail links via a tuk tuk. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.

The hotel was amazing—a little slice of authentic Thailand tucked away in the middle of a bustling city. It's right in the center, so everything is easily accessible—shops, restaurants, and major attractions are all just a short walk or ride away. The room and bathroom were beautiful and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was divine—I honestly wanted to extend our stay just for the breakfast alone! The customer service was excellent too; the staff helped us with our bags both at check-in and check-out. For the location, service, and overall experience, the value you get for the price is just perfect. Overall, a fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Might as well sleep outside

No sound insulation so every sound outside will be perfectly audible from the comfort of your bed. First night: 2am wake up Second night: 3am wake up Third night: 2am, 4am - fire alarms going off. Anyone checking in and out in the night will be greeting you with sound of their suitcase over the balcony tiles like some kind of assault rifle going off. And the management of the hotel is awful. They don't really understand English so we spent some time explaining about the fire alarm etc and eventually we were given the compensation of a slice of bread and instant coffee in the lobby of the hotel. Not free breakfast or a discount on the rates. Just a slice of bread in the lobby. Take your money elsewhere, this place is a joke.

The hotel was in a good location for us and we loved all the art and woodwork. It served breakfast which made it easier for us to get up and ready in the morning. We stayed here for a weekend on the last few days of our trip to Thailand. We didn't encounter any issues with the school down the block but it was a weekend stay for us. There are plenty of hotels in the area and they all seemed busy so I'm not sure how much the school is an issue. The hotel is close to the skyway train (10 min walk). We took advantage of this by visiting Central World, Big C, and the other nearby shopping areas. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel is located on a narrow path, which was the only concer especially when you go there by taxi or car. But location is convenient, close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room was spacious.
