We enjoyed our hotel stay immensely. The service, cleanliness, and comfort were excellent, and shopping was convenient. However, one front desk staff member was unpleasant and didn't greet us. Following our feedback, the issue was resolved. The hotel staff were nice and respectful. We appreciated the hotel's convenience and look forward to returning.

とても清潔で、大変キレイなホテルでした。 部屋も広く、ベッドの他にはテレビ、冷蔵庫、衣装ラック、ヘアドライヤー、湯沸かしポット、セーフティボックスが壁際にうまくまとめられており、レイアウト的にもとてもスッキリ広々した室内です。白を基調としたシンプルかつ清潔感のある内装が大変気に入りました。 アメニティはシャンプー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープが置いてありました。バスタブはありませんがシャワーの温度も水圧もバッチリでした！ 歯ブラシ、スリッパ、BOXティッシュは部屋にないので準備が必要ですが、ペットボトルの水とスティックタイプのコーヒーは毎日補充してもらえて助かりました。 プラトゥーナム市場やプラチナムファッションモール、BTSの駅からは少し離れますが徒歩10分圏内で行けますし、ホテルの周りはレストランやコンビニ、マッサージ店や屋台なども多くあり全く不便さは感じませんでした。 スタッフの方もフレンドリーな笑顔で対応してくださり、ここに泊まって本当に良かったです。 リーズナブルな価格で清潔さを求める方にはおすすめです！
