Room was clean. Easy fast check in. We didn't expect to have the room without a window. There was a balcony faced inside the building (lobby). The restaurant below our room opens at 7am for breakfast. Loud voices of "early bird " people in the lobby woke up us at 7am. It was ok just for 1 night stay.

Everything was great except for our bathroom. Toilet was not at all cleaned and we had no shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the dispenser available in the shower. Had to ask a housekeeper in the hallway to deal with this. They were happy to replenish the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Getting them to clean the toilet was a bit of a struggle.

Check-in and out was fast and efficient. Room was clean. We booked a room with a king and queen bed which were basically in separate rooms. Very nice when travelling with kids as there is some privacy between the beds. Location is 5 minutes from everything, so no driving once you arrive. Local buses can take you for free to slightly farther spots.

Very reasonable price for a fantastic location. Easy to walk to downtown. Good view (had “superior room” with outdoor balcony.) Underground parking was very convenient. Staff friendly, but wasn’t sure of front desk staffed hours time. Sauna and hot tub were great to use after hiking, the amenities in the health club/spa area are dated / small but everything was in working order.

Our room was clean and fresh smelling when we arrived. The amenities were wonderful and when we asked about a microwave, the agent at the desk offered that they could send a microwave up to our room. That was super nice. The housekeepers did a wonderful job and when I left them a note requesting cleaning needs, they followed up perfectly. The location of the hotel is perfect-close to restaurants and downtown attractions and shopping.
