Needs to be removed bas a choice. No restaurant, no room service, didn't seem to be in a good area for walking alone to eat. Hotel was dingy and dated. Staff was not warm, inviting or helpful. Would NEVER stay at this hotel again...probably never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

The only negative I have is housekeeping came early i the morning to clean we were still in bed. When we left room and return later that night our beds were not made nor did we have clean towels. We did track down a cart to get clean towels for the next day.

Checking in, we were not given our breakfast tickets that I pre-paid for. The day of check out, the housekeeping staff knocked on our door at least three times to ask when we were checking out. This was pretty annoying and made us feel rushed so we left earlier than we wanted.

The location of the hotel was it's best feature. The check in process was painfully slow. We came in for an early check in on a Saturday around noon and were told we could pre check in but there were no rooms available and would be notified by text when our room was ready. We came back at 2:30 and there was a line out the door of people who wanted to check in. There were only two people working the desk so we got in line and managed to get into a room around 3;00. Our room turned out to be a queen rather than the king we had reserved. It was however clean and comfortable. Parking is another $30 that is not included with the price of the room. There is a small pool in the basement with no sun access. The in hotel bar was fine although they were out of cranberry juice when we got there. The employees were all very nice. All in all, we will probably utilize another hotel in the area next time we visit.

found dirty clothes under the chair in our room and what they fail to mention is you have to pay $28 per day to park at the hotel, had a hard time trying to get someone to bring clean towels down to the pool.

Fabulous Experience

My grandson and I visited Baltimore and were greeted by wonderful and caring staff. We swam each night and slept in a very comfy bed. Even with a main fire station across the did not dampen our stay but gave my five year old many wonderful experiences.

Trash on the floor in the room, Thermostat set at 76 when I got in, Lowered to 68, temperature never adjusted, Shower / tub very small, toothpaste on counter next to sink - Room was not available when I got there, Front desk said they would text when available, Never texted. Requested wake up cal in the am - Never got it, Told staff - they were sold out, no room to move to, no concern about issues, For the $$ and location, should have been a really nice hotel, Disappointed

Good location, terrible restaurant.

Pros: The beds were super comfortable and the options for soft or firm pillows was amazing.
Cons: We come to find out that the waiter who was serving us was actually the restaurant supervisor. I suggest getting a more experienced supervisor.
Location: Both stadiums, shopping, ice rink, inner harbor, aquarium.
We arrived early to the hotel and were very thankful that they were able to accommodate and allowed us to check in early. However we had to travel to the west building to get to the rooms, really wish they had a way to connect them so we didn't have to face the cold again. But we get to our room and the key didn't work. Thankfully they resolved it pretty quickly and the front desk staff were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Our rooms also came with tickets for the breakfast but we decided to try the hotel restaurant for dinner since it was a holiday weekend and late in the evening. Sadly the service was terrible, it took over an hour for us to get our food. And it seemed that everyone else around us was having the same problem. We were sitting close to the kitchen so we could see that there had been no food brought out at all. Then we see our waiter talking with another employee in the kitchen doorway, while pointing and staring at us. Then disappearing into the kitchen, that happened multiple times and made us feel very awkward. Finally our food comes out and there was something wrong with every plate at our table and it was all over cooked and dried out. But by this point we were tired and hungry so we just ate and wanted to leave quickly to get some rest. Sadly we then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to bring us our checks and when they did we were rung up incorrectly and being overcharged. We had to go back and forth several times to get it fixed.
