The staff is the saving grace. Suffice it to say that Holiday Inn ain’t what it used to be, but hey, what is?

Check in was horrible it took about an hour to check in. The line was so long with only one person to check guest in. Parking was ridiculous! The room was so hot. Maintenance had to come and change the air filter which was so much dirt on it. I really was disappointed with my stay. Only good thing was the bed. It was very soft.

I liked the proximity to the harbor and my host convention site. All within walking distance. The bus and light rail made it very easy (and cheap) to get around the city. The free bus was great also. My first room was freezing and the engineer couldn't get the air conditioning unit to stop but eventually I was moved to another room where I could finally take off my coat. Thank you for moving me!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. We had an incident one night with our neighbor and they moved us right away with no question. very cool.

The front desk staff was absolutely incredible. We had a medical emergency while we were there and without hesitation the staff was sympathetic and considerate. They made a difficult time more manageable.
