the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel fails when it comes to housekeeping. Because of corona, they only clean rooms in 3 day intervals. OK, but somethings in the room need daily attention, the trash cans, the in room coffee and supplies like tissues. The staff was always courteous and nice but there were some fails there, too, like saying something would be done, then it not getting done. all in all, the stay was pleasant with some agrivations. I think next time I'll stay at one of the other hotels in the area.

The property was well maintained over all, the room was clean and neat, the bed was very comfortable, and it was easy to navigate, despite the layout being a little out of the ordinary.

The in room telephone has a blinking message light. When you activate it to receive the message there is a recording welcoming you to the hotel and offering to help with services. That is OK, but the light than continues to blink all night!

The rooms clean but the hallways not clean the elevator was dirty it gives you the bad expression as soon as you walk in .i was happy with the rooms the beds were comfy sheets very clean .towels were plenty .

Pros: The friendless of the staff, and how they helped guests shovel out of their parking places.
Cons: I know they had a restaurant and café in the hotel, but kind of wished they offered some type of a continental breakfast or something.
Location: With 2 ft of snow on the ground, the only thing to really enjoy is the pool and exercise room at the hotel.
The hotel staff was really nice and pleasant. Enjoyed the one meal I had in the restaurant.

Nice Hotel

I stayed here for the Shore Leave Convention at the start of August. The hotel is a lot bigger than it seems. Lots of long corridors. It was nice. Met my expectations. I had always stayed at other hotels in the past partly out of concern noise from the conventioneers would make it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Turns out that was not a problem. Lots of parking, easy access from the highway, and very close to a shopping area with a movie theater AND a Wegman's. Also within about a half mile from the light rail to take you into downtown Baltimore. This is a good place to stay. Definitely be back next year.
