I liked having a room on the 1st floor with slilders opening to lush patio & gardens. I liked having a gym nearby my room. I liked breakfast included. I liked discounted dinner for residents. I liked very large HD TV screen and it worked fast changing channels. I was very disappointed the hot tub and pool were closed due to rain earlier in the day. It was not raining while I was there. Even later that evening hot tub was closed. I booked room on line to use hot tub, if not pool as well.

We stayed one night here arrived late and exhausted. Upon arriving to room it was freezing cold in there so we looked into changing the temperature and came across a faulty AC floor unit which was constantly leaking onto AC electric plug in cable and rug. Rug was soaking wet at least 4 feet. Shower faucet had a continues drip of water, it had a yellow water stain of how long it's been running. Something house keeping should have reported upon cleaning. Dripped all night and loud. We were frustrated and checked out first thing, accidentally Leaving behind large medicine/toiletry/makeup bag in restroom counter. As soon as we arrived home same day we contacted hotel and were informed they didn't have keys to lost and found and would have to wait till tomorrow. Management wouldn't return my calls. After numerous phone calls I was connected with house keeping manager who informed me nothing was there or turned in. It took 3 days for them to contact their house keeper who was back from her days off to confirm she " didn't see anything" in the room. I am disgusted how this house keeping individual thinks stealing someones belonging is ok and management doesn't take initiative to make it right, take action instead I received the run around. Let's keep in mind the manager I spoke to that morning was suppose to place this room out of service.

I like the decor of the property tropical kind of. I did not like that there were people partying and drinking in the pool, not once did management or anyone come say anything or make them stop. We decided to stay another day they asked if wanted house keeping to clean I said yes. Came back later they never cleaned the room. Went to fro t desk to ask for more towels they tried not giving them said ok leave old ones by door and we will bring clean ones, they still never came.
