Hello Anonymous, Our Fresh Baked Cookies come out every day at 4pm. Rated one of our guests' favorite Amenities, who doesn't love a warm chocolate chip cookie after traveling. Pegasus coffee, snacks and other beverages are complimentary and available 24/7 to welcome you. And, for those Specialty Coffee Lovers, just across the street you can get your Starbucks fix.

Greetings Anonymous, Fresh Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies in the evenings.. What could be better. I am sorry to read about the key issue. This is very unusual as our Maintenance Engineer replaces batteries on a regular schedule to avoid exactly this situation. I apologize for the inconvenience--we know after a day of travel, the main thing you want is a quick check in, clean room, and a comfy bed.
