Very friendly checkin. The room however stank of tobacco y the walls must be extremely thin as we were woken by every guest arriving at 1am.. 2am. Carpark is at the hotel and therefore nice and central, although the one way streets make it hard to find.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area of the city, and having the option of parking upon reservation (for €10 per night) is very useful. The reason why I have 4/5 is twofold: the nightstand in the room was about to fall off the wall, not in the best condition. And, the supposed €3.50 breakfast offered is apparently something that the hotel does not do.

Nice enough room but difficulty sleeping

Everything was fine - the room had a fridge, air conditioning, a comfortable chair, a closet, and a nice shower. The problem was my room was located above the desk area near the stairwell and there was lots of noise. I kept getting woken up and had difficulties sleeping - which is the most important thing to me. The hotel did have an excellent location.

J'ai pensé réserver une chambre d'hôtel à Madrid alors que l'hôtel se trouvait à 3 h de route . Vu que mon vol retour était pour le 01 mars 2025 sur Paris, je ne pouvais pas m'éloigner. Eu égard à cette situation, j'ai sollicité un remboursement, même en gardant une pénalité ! Rien à faire. J'ai perdu 75 euros dans l'eau.
