Above Badacsony, in the district of Badacsonyörs 2 km from the centre of Badacsonytomaj, 3 km from the centre of Badacsony, on a slope, in the residential district, 1 km from the lake, 2 km from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced) with trees, meadow. Private: garden with lawn, swimming pool (above ground) round (3,60 m diameter, depth 80 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 12.Sep.). Children's playground (swing, sandbox). 500 m long narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.
