hidden costs and fees

The cottage was ok, very small and rather outdated, but it did the job for a quick overnight stay during our Bavaria and Austria trip, would not recommend for longer stay. HOWEVER, not only are there additional guest and verbo service fees on top of the nightly charge, which is typical, but there's 70 eur cleaning fee in cash AND 10 eur per person towel and bed linen fee in cash! Each person has to bring their own bed linen and towels. And you'll receive an email with mattress and bedding dimensions AFTER you book your nonrefundable stay to bring correct size of bedding with you, OR they'll provide this for you, but it'll cost you additional 10 eur per person in bedding/towel washing fee. (No idea what there's to clean worth of 70 eur, if the bed linen and towels are a separate fee!) So, the cheap stay in the middle of nowhere that we were expecting, turned out to be more than double the cost with the cleaning fees and you're better off booking someplace where they are upfront with the fees! BE AWARE of the added costs!!!

Der Bungalow ist vernünftig eingerichtet mit ordentlichen Betten. Die Küchenausstattung isr ausreichend und funktional. Leider gibt es keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher in dem doch preislich hohem Angebot (darauf müsste man in der Beschreibung deutlicher hinweisen, da Handtücher und Bettwäsche i.d.R. ab 150 Euro pro Tag includiert sind). Ein Wäschetrockner/Spindel für nasse Handtücher und Handwäsche wäre für fünf Personen notwendig gewesen, da es kaum Trockenvorrichtungen gibt.

Gemütliche Unterkunft in toller Lage

Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem kleinen Häuschen. Die Lage war super, der Skibus hat direkt vor der Tür gehalten. Tolles Skigebiet für Alt und Jung, nur 10 min entfernt.Schlafzimmer waren kleiner als erwartet, aber völlig ausreichend. Wohnzimmer sehr geräumig und die Küche top ausgestattet. Wir kommen wieder!!

Schöner spontaner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Steiermark. Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Fotos suggerieren deutlich mehr Platz rundherum, als tatsächlich da ist. Die Bebauung ist sehr dicht, wenige Meter vor dem Wohnzimmerfenster stehen die Häuser der zweiten Reihe. Dennoch war alles sehr ruhig, wenn wir denn da waren. Im Haus ist alles wie beschrieben. Küche voll ausgestattet, es gibt erfreulich viel Platz, für mitgebrachte Sachen. Leider gibt es keine Dunstabzugshaube, man muss übers Fenster lüften, und das hat kein Fliegengitter. Das Bad ist klein aber in Ordnung. Für unseren Geschmack wäre eine Dusche besser, als die Wanne mit der sehr kurzen schwenkbaren Duschtür. Aber wer baden will, sieht das natürlich anders. Wohnzimmer schön gross. Die beiden Schlafzimmer ausreichend gross und die Betten in Ordnung. Die Heizung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und hat uns gleich in den ersten beiden Tagen zweimal im Stich gelassen. Das wurde umgehend von der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort behoben, super Service, aber natürlich wäre es besser, man würde das gar nicht brauchen. Das Bad hat keine eigene Heizung, sondern hängt am Kreislauf des einen Schlafzimmers. Wenn man wie wir bei offenem Fenster schläft, und daher nicht das Zimmer heizt, hat man es im Bad auch kalt. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und bietet für jeden Wunsch etwas, wir waren Wandern, Reiten, im Salzbergwerk und in Bad Ischl.

Ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus, alles sehr sauber!

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage - wir konnten wunderbare Wanderungen unternehmen sowie Skifahren auf der Tauplitzalm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe - nur mit Gaststätten war es ziemlich kompliziert, fast keine hatte Platzmöglichkeiten, überall wurden wir mitunter ziemlich unfreundlich abgewiesen!!!! Außer bei La Pizza in Bad Mitterndorf und auf der Singerhauser Hütte, bei beiden Gastwirtschaften sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Bedienung und leckeres Essen - da hatte man das Gefühl "Willkommen" zu sein!!!!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienhaus. Es entsprach all unseren Vorstellungen. Unser Hund hat sich auch sofort dort eingelebt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und die Empfehlungen waren sehr gut! Jederzeit wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung

Alles da, was man braucht. Gerade auch WLAN und Fernseher top - wichtig für Familien ;) Super ausgestattete Küche und gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Nur die Heizung hat es nicht wirklich geschafft, eine wohlige Wärme zu erzeugen. Es war nicht kalt aber ganz Wohlfühltemperatur war es für uns nicht.

Sympathique maison, très bien équipée

Nous avons trouvé la location très facilement. Tout était fonctionnel et propre. Nous sommes une famille avec 4 enfants et chacun a trouvé sa place. La maison est bien située pour accéder aux pistes de ski.

Super für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund in der Steiermark

Alles war super. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz, einen Parkplatz, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen kleinen Garten. Ein Supermarkt ist nur fünf Minuten um die Ecke. Bad Mitterndorf bietet einige gute Restaurants fürs Abendessen und in der Gegend gibt es viele tolle Wander- und Skigebiete.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung.

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 1,5km ausserhalb von Bad Mitterndorf in einer kleinen ruhigen Siedlung. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr schön und es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer riesigen Couch und einem schönen Essplatz. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben uns in den vier Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine sehr ruhige Unterkubft

Wir haben ein Kurzurlaub dort verbracht und es sehr genossen. Zum Wandern ist die Lage super, Wald und Wissen in direkter Nähe und Supermärkte sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist gemütlich und die An- und Abreise sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus, denn es ist genau so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Uns fehlte es an nichts, alles was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt, war vorhanden (Küchenutensilien, Spiele, Decken, Sonnenliegen, usw.). Wir waren vier Personen und ein Hund und das umzäunte Grundstück ist natürlich perfekt, wenn man einen Hund mitbringt. Sehr schön war auch das sanierte Bad. Die Lage vom Haus ist auch toll, sehr ruhig gelegen und schöne Wanderrundwege sind auch schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Gerne haben wir auch die 70€ für die Endreinigung bezahlt, denn man merkte, dass es auch vor unserer Ankunft tadellos gereinigt wurde.

Schönes, kleines Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Hallo, wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern für 7 Tage im Juli auf der Sonnenalm. Das Häuschen liegt etwas zurück gesetzt in guter Lage, mit eigenem, eingezäuntem Garten in dem die Kinder toben konnten. Von hier haben wir viele Tageausflüge unternommen und sind abends gerne wieder zurück gekommen. Es war alles sehr sauber, anfangs nur etwas kalt (das lag aber halt am Wetter), aber nachdem wir die Heizung gefunden hatten, war alles bestens. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Ich denke, wir werden wieder kommen, vielen Dank! (PS: man kann auch vom Haus direkt Los den Berg hoch laufen und kommt nach einem schönen 3 km Spaziergang an der Singerhauser Hütte an und kann dort lecker essen und trinken)
