Wohnung mit Sauberkeitsproblem

Die Wohnung wird von einer Agentur vermietet, der Name dieser und die Form der Schlüsselübergabe ist aus dem Inserat nicht ersichtlich. Das hatte zur Folge, dass wir zwecks Schlüsselübergabe einen Gesamtumweg von ca. 30min hatten, da wir erst nach Sonthofen fahren mussten. Außerdem die Hausnummer im Inserat falsch, sodass wir erstmal vor dem falschen Haus standen. Auf einem Übergabezettel stand dann zum Glück noch die richtige Hausnummer. Bei Übergabe wurde uns zudem gesagt, dass wir jeden Parkplatz vor dem Haus nutzen können. Zufällig haben wir dann in einem Aushang im Haus gesehen, dass die Stellplätze zugeordnet sind. Die Wohnung ist schön groß ist. Sie ist auch renoviert, allerdings wurde gefühlt alles nur einmal mit Farbe überstrichen. Optisch nicht ganz so schön aber das hat uns jetzt auch nicht weiter gestört . Leider mussten feststellen, dass ein Seilzug eines Rolladen gerissen war und man diesen somit nicht mehr Öffnen konnte. Auch eine Schublade des Waschtisches hing auf halb 8 und konnte nicht benutzt werden. Dies wurde der Agentur sofort gemeldet, die zwar um eine Reparatur bemüht war, allerdings mitteilte, die Schäden seien noch nicht bekannt. Eine Reinungskraft teilte uns dann einen Tag später mit, dass die Schäden bekannt seien. Das größte Problem war jedoch die Sauberkeit bei einer 95€ Endreinigung hätten wir mehr erwartet (überall Staub, Küche Fettflecken am Herd, Haare im Bad). Hier wurde auf Beschwerde dann nachgebessert.

Die Balkontür bedarf unbedingt einer Reparatur. Der Silikonstreifen der Badewanne wirkt gammelig

Ansonsten handelt es sich um eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung.
