We checked in Friday night and the water was like warm. We tried calling the lobby but our phone didn’t work so we text customer service to bring extra pillows and advise about the water . Pillows were brought up we asked for maintenance in the morning as it was late. Detect Saturday morning asking for maintenance to come and check the water . Returned to the room 13 hours later , our keys did not work and nobody checks the water . We were exhausted after a long day

The AC of room 321 was problem and the room temperature was alway 65-66 ℉ . My family feel so cold in the room. The hotel engineer came to fix but negative. We requestd for heater but they said there is no more . Front dest said there is no other room to swich.Finally hotel gave us 04 blankets for sure that's more warm when we sleep.

Enjoyed my stay and from desk staff + security were amazing! Blackout curtains were amazing, staff we interacted with were so friendly & helpful, and it was conveniently located. My only complaints are that housekeeping never gave us a trash can liner for our trash can throughout our entire week stay, and the pull out couch bed had stains on it. The stains appeared orange/brown/reddish so I opted to sleep on the couch in its normal position which wasn’t nearly as comfortable. Other than that enjoyed my stay!

Great price for a Hilton. Love the lobby and restaurant. The front desk staff was exceptional. It was too cold for the pool, but it was beautiful. Rooms could use a remodel. Thank you for a great experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I wish they had a full service restaurant onsite but that was my only complaint. They had a breakfast Buffett available and then a dinner option from 5 to 10. It is very close to the airport and the shuttle service was great. We arrived around 1:30 and there wasn’t anything that close for lunch

Meh, rooms were adequate, definitely nothing above 3 stars. Conveniently located to the airport at a reasonable price. But just know you get what you pay for. Knowing that before you book, you will be satisfied.
