The blanket on the bed was nasty, we took it off and asked for another one, twice, about 8 hrs apart and they said the didnt have any both times. We had to use one we had. The dryer didnt work. The chairs were tore up. The older lady on 2nd shift was rude and didnt want to get off the couch from watching TV to address our concerns. The best part about our trip was the young lady that checked us in and the Hot Water. I picked this location because I've stayed at a different one and I thought they would be the same. Nope. This one was the worst. I'm coming back to New Orleans in November, but I wont stay here.

This hotel is very neat, clean and secure. You must a room key to get into the hotel once you are checked in. The only problem we had was finding the hotel once we left the New Orleans airport.
