Poor communication with the property management company. They don’t seem to care about returning guests to Hamilton Cove. They set our trip off on a bad note. Aside the property management company, the unit itself is old, has very basic features. The two TV’s didn’t work which was fine only because we had WiFi and kids could use parents phones for movies at night. The bedroom with the king bed was something out of a motel 6 room. It was nasty, sheets were very itchy, blankets smelled and felt dirty, and the bed mattress was beyond soft. I felt like it was going to swallow me whole. The front door would lock anytime you shut it so don’t leave without a key. The golf cart wasn’t full when we arrived. I said something to the property management people, but they went silent on me. I left it fuller than how it was given to me when we checked out. Not to mention, the left mirror was missing making driving a safety issue.The unit only provides bathing/shower towels so make sure you bring beach towels. If you want to clean clothes or just rewash the blankets and sheets they offer while there, bring your own. The unit doesn’t offer any. Of all the units I’ve stayed at in Hamilton Cove this is one of the worst.
