I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The check-in staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which set a positive tone for my stay. I also appreciated the free laundry service, a great perk for travelers. However, I encountered some challenges with getting fresh towels. It seemed challenging to get a towel per traveler and that was inconvenient. Additionally, the bar was closed during my visit, and the social hour felt lacking, as it was just a makeshift setup with drinks from an ice chest. Still relaxing to sit in the dining room. Overall, while the friendly staff and free laundry were highlights, the towel situation and bar closure were notable downsides. I hope these aspects improve for future guests.

I was planning to stay for five nights at Staybridge , but the room that was assigned to me smelled like they never washed the sheets the pillows also smelled men sweat, when I realized all these it was midnight so I had to stay the night in a dirty bed. I stayed in fourth floor. Luckily I alway take a good size blanket and didn’t undo the bed., I checked out after the first night. Had a hard time for the hotel to refund the rest of the nights but they did at the end

Clean room, very friendly staff. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. The breakfast and social hour had a variety of options. As a vegetarian, I had no issues creating a plate daily. The outside area (grill, pool, patio) was a pleasant area to unwind in the evenings.

The staff was nice room needed some attention Didn’t have any door handle to close the door to the restroom. Also had a big hole inside of it you could see right through and a piece of a tack strip between the door of the restroom is exposed Window seals were really dirty Not what I expected and not what I stayed in on my last visit here

I didn't think I'd be surprised because I read other reviews that stated the property was outdated, the furniture was worn, etc. But the price was really good, so we decided to give it a try. The living room furniture in our 2-bedroom suite was very worn (excessive fraying on the edges), and the cleanliness was questionable (we found multiple hairs in the bathroom and our room had a very musty smell), but we were only staying one night, so we decided to stick it out. Everything was "ok" until we pulled the covers back on the bed and found burn holes and ash stains on the sheets. We left as soon as possible the next morning.
