It was advertised as a hotel, but it is not at all. It is an apartment complex and a room hidden way far to the back of the complex making it very hard to find. They never gave the name of the apartment complex, so we spent 45 minutes driving around the block looking for something that didn’t exist. Then gave up to call them a second time only to be told the name of the place is not Sonders. All check in is done online and took more than 3 hours to complete because their website was not working properly and the people on the phone had no idea what to do. When finally getting into the apartment we found a half dozen cockroaches running around on the floors. In total this was the worst experience I have ever had for a one night stay at a hotel. And this is only half the issues we had. I will never stay or recommend Sonder again.

The amenities in the property were super neat and enjoyable to use. The way the property itself was laid out was fantastic. I especially liked how close the property was to different restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops, etc. All in all, I have nothing to say but great things about my stay in this location. Will definitely recommend Sonder properties to others and be looking to stay at a Sonder location in Austin again.
