Room was nice and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was great- although it would be nice to have the waffle bar as some other Embassy Suites have. Otherwise, we were very pleased. Thank you for a great stay!

The room was dark and kinda musty. The way the hotel is set up make it very loud in the rooms. A flimsy french door will not block out any hallway and lobby sound. Not to mention weord plumbing noises in the walls. Our room was cleaned the first full day but the next 2 days they put folded towels on the couch, didn't make the beds, didnt take our wet towels, didnt give us new trash bags ect. It was decent enough but nothing impressive.

This is a glorified dump. Broken TV, dirty rusted shower with no hot water. (Room 222) I invite the management team to go lay down with the “pillows” you provide. For the amount of $$$ you’ll spend here I highly recommend somewhere else.

We enjoyed our stay, but I was mislead into thinking that a balcony faced outdoors however it faced the interior hotel. The room was clean, bathroom was sufficient. The bed was comfortable and they seemed clean. The only issue we had was the air conditioner did not get cold enough and we woke up a little sweaty off and on throughout the night. The breakfast and other amenities seemed wonderful!

Bed makes too much noise when you get on it and off! Makes a popping sound! And microwave was in a bad spot. Refrigerator could be updated! Other than that, everything was fine. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was nice. But we were pretty upset we weren’t warned the pool was down and this was a quick trip and booked this hotel solely for the pool. Also the elevators were very sketchy they both sounded pretty rough on the left side.
